I had my dads Omega watch serviced and refurbished to present to my son who graduated as a doctor last year. Anthony was superb throughout the process, super knowledgeable and sensitive to the restoration taking a keen interest in the back story of the watch. I returned to the see Anthony last week as unfortunately the watch fell on the kitchen floor and glass broke- he had it replaced in no time with no charge-incredible service. I have found all the team at Somlo superb but Anthony in particular deserves a glowing review and a huge thank you for great service-the watch looks amazing. Highly recommend Somlo

After many visits to this shop with my husband looking at a Patek pocket watch and dealing with Daniel who is most knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I decided to purchase the pocket watch as a surprise for our wedding anniversary. The problem i had was that our anniversary was during the lock down due to covid19. I spoke initially with Antony who assisted with the purchase of the watch which then Daniel personally delivered to my work address in Nottingham. Never have i experienced this service and was extremely grateful. We then returned to London the following week for a private consultation with Daniel to purchase a watch chain the same as Winston Churchill wore. We cannot recommend Somlo enough for everything and the aftercare and follow up calls from Antony are just outstanding . So a massive thank you to both Antony and Daniel for outstanding service
