Women who scanned our documents was unprofessional, she messed up the order of our file and missed scanning some documents as she was more concerned about going on her break. We had paid £800 for super priority service but that got delayed as some documents were missing. Half way thorugh scanning, another person took over not knowing what had been scanned and what wasn't as she went on break. This is not how you handle someones immigration file for a Visa application! you are not dealing with school homework here. Get a grip!

I recently had a biometrics appointment for my child and myself. I was very worried about my child's case as my child requires special needs and would have meltdowns. Raj from Cubicle 9 was a professional and helpful lady. She was very calm and patient who understood my child's needs. Overall it was a good experience with her and i will recommend her to anyone. Not forgetting her colleague Rahan who was an icing on a cake. Once again, a big thank you Raj and Rahan for your support.

We went to this branch for a biometric appointment, but the person who took our biometrics and verified our documents is very unprofessional and rude. He didn't respond to any of my questions in a professional manner, and it seemed as though he didn't fully understand the process or that he was rushing to finish. We were very disappointed this time and have never had such a bad experience before.
