Wouldn’t recommend. Went here for an emergency appointment. Left me waiting an hour and a half after my appointment with no apology. The dentist was rude and disrespectful when I already have a phobia of dentist . Made me feel awful about myself.

Do not use. Two cancelled appointments in the last two weeks with no notification and no apology. Reception staff knew there was an issue with cancellation notification system but didn't do anything to manually cancel appointment. Two wasted trips with young kids, not impressed. Will be finding another dentist asap.

3/04/23 I call today and try register my son. Young girl on the phone said I have to come in and sign him up and he will be able to get appointment with the dentist very soon. When I arrived I've been told I can do it but my son have to wait 12 months to see dentist. Not enough I've waist my time and money to get there but I was late for work because she didn't bother to give me all information over the phone. I suggest to get off your mobile , stop checking your Facebook or Instagram every 5min and do some work. Your BIG nails are more important than patients?

No one answer the phone. I have been calling for more than 3 months with no answer. Mailbox is full. Even if i was able to leave a message, no one calls back. Sometimes i receive the message that no one can answer my call now because it is outside the working hours while i am calling during working hours. No email address. Thank you for the response. I would like to clarify that the issue is not about booking an appointment. I Would like to call to ask about something related to my daughter's last visit. The issue is that no one answers phone calls.

This 'dentist' never answer's the phone, cancel appointments last minute, don't seem to care for their patients and have really gone down hill after being taken over. You'd have more luck buying string, tieing it around your tooth and handle before slamming the door. Absolute joke of a dentist.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL SURGERY!!! Absolutely awful! Every single family appointment has been cancelled for the last year, in fact i've not been able to see a dentist since before Covid! And now I can't even get through to speak to anyone. Absolutely dreadful! And now an update.......I was emailed saying how sorry they were that i was having so many issues, and invited me to call them.......do they not understand that you cannot get through to speak to anyone..............still absolutely dreadful!
