I phoned up to pay in full for a cbt theory test mod1 and 2 including lessons speaking to a nice man and trying to close the deal when some rude woman comes on the phone and cuts our conversation short as her time is more important than mine needless to say I will be looking for another company to take my money ps ur a bi**h
