Genuinely cannot articulate how good they have been. Moved house a couple of days ago (first time doing so, which included various learning curves) and they could not have been more flexible and accommodating. We got the timings wrong for pickup and had to book the van a day earlier - no worries, they shuffled the slot. After looking at how much stuff we had, I realised I booked a van that was too small for our move; 40 mins before collecting, I asked to upgrade - they sorted it - no problem. Move took longer than we anticipated and went passed the return time; they were understanding and helped us out. OUTSTANDING customer service and I sincerely thank you all for helping us in this stressful time. You have honestly been amazing! Can’t recommend highly enough. (I’m sorry for being the customer from hell but you made our move so much easier for being so understanding). THANK YOU!
