Great service, Efficient and friendly desk staff, processed paperwork quickly, given a full overview of van prior to leaving, van in good condition, and drove well. Easy out of hours drop off. Might look a little bit more expensive on paper than some others, but had 250 miles included with original booking, so it made it cheaper over all. Highly recommend/will use again.

Booked large accessible bus for 24hrs. Went to collect. Rather long wait and guessed something was not right. Eventually manager came and explained they couldn't get seats out to accommodate wheelchair. He offered a smaller accessible bus and driver for the evening in addition to the booked bus so we could all attend the event. What a star they all were. Lovely confident and helpful driver too. Many many thanks for your service. We will be back.
