Had a great massage here in July and marked it as a favorite. My massage therapist was lecturing me on an American con artist but the massage was good I was set to go back anyway. Made the next appointment for tomorrow and they “guess the confirmation went to the junk folder”. So-we shall not be going back here for those 2 reasons.

I had an excellent experience at Spa Illuminata, my therapist, whom was from Romania, tailor-made a facial exclusively to my needs. Since I have returned to Dubai, my skin is still glowing from her techniques and expertise. I only wish I knew there was a steam and would've enjoyed the facilities prior! I am extremely pleased with my results (and thank you to the courteous reception team) I will gladly be returning to Spa Illuminata!

Don't use very rude staff and manager voucher expired during covid times but they said they don't care we should attend what ever the situation is even we we lose a family member we should still attend.I need a full refund before i take action on telling me to not care for elderly members but should attend the spa.Shame on them.
