The facilities are good, however the process for booking is completely unorganized. I was called and asked several times if I would be renewing, and had to give an answer on three seperate occasion. Following this, the company charged me over 700 pounds as a regular three month fee, despite having told them several times that I would not be renewing, and that I was on a discounted student prices. Calling them up all I received was a lukewarm apology. The money has yet to be transferred and had nearly wiped out all of my finances for the month. It is a shame because the facilities are in great condition, but I will not be able to recommend this service to anyone due to the negligence on their part that cause incredible financial strain for me, despite the fact they had confirmed that my account had been closed.
