I am disgusted by the after service of this company. They kept pestering me to buy stock from them, telling me how good there service & warranty was. In the end I though I would give them ago, and to be honest things where going great for a while. THEN I needed after service, warranty, returns and all the usual things that come with customer service, because the customers kept returning their faulty screens. Started getting cheaper parts than promised after spending £9,500, they called me a liar when it came to sending parts back when they actually arranged the collection and gave me evidence that they collected it. The good thing is that it made me look elsewhere and get better prices & quality. I have lost a lot of money with faulty parts, because unlike this company I understand customer service. They do not deserve to be in business with an after service that it like this. Please note they also go under other names, probably to dodge the tax man. Stay CLEAR. No doubt they will come back with some story, I'm all for small businesses as I am one my self and it is a struggle. But when you get companies that have no after service then they do not deserve to be in business. Never know they might refund me for the last damaged screen & the parcels that was collected. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT WARRANTY.
