We followed the instructions with our photographers and nothing happened with either of the smoke bombs. I emailed them a few days after my wedding and they responded to ask for my order address which I emailed back straight away on the 15th of September, I have heard nothing from them since. I have emailed them since to make sure they got my reply and still nothing!

Do not use this company! I ordered 150 for my wedding , with two weeks to spare, they never arrived. I chased them with 2 days to go and was told they tried to deliver but no one one notified of this, They then said they would send them next day delivery, i waited in all day, chased them at 4pm to be told they never sent them! SHOCKING SERVICE THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING!!!!!!!

Placed an order just before bonfire night and although dispatched immediately unfortunately the package went missing with the courier. This happens (a lot at the moment) so I notified the company of the delay and they were super responsive and dispatched the order again with some complementary sparklers for the trouble. Kids loved the Sparklers so will definitely use again.

Alot of people are slating this company but its not really there fault if hermes are losing their parcels. My parcel did not arrive it was lost by Hermes but i am giving 5* because as soon as i contacted them they sorted it . They were really helpful and sent more . Ok so they wernt here for bonfire night but really is that all we have to care about this year!!! Everybody is struggling and these companies are doing there best . Lets give them a break. Ordered 100 sparklers for my kids to give to their friends for bonfire night, I placed the order 11am 2 days before bonfire night to alIow plenty of time and paid £10 for overnight delivery with their order before 3pm for next day delivery option. The sparklers did not turn up I was not notified at all regarding delays I called twice but got fobbed off with we cant access the details both times. I emailed and eventually got a response the day after bonfire night saying the overnight delivery I paid extra for is not guaranteed and it says so in their terms and conditions. I asked for my delivery costs to be refunded as it was the not the courier at fault but sparklers.co.uk but this was of course denied. My advice is avoid this company at all costs they have no customer care whatsoever and simply do not care in the slightest.
