Recently went in for an eye test as my eyes seemed to be getting worse. A close inspection of my glasses revealed my glasses from glasses direct was a bad fit and I wasn’t looking through the centre of my glasses so not getting the full benefits. Anyway had a new eyes test and collected my new glasses today, staff all friendly.

Rang ahead to explain I would be 10 minutes late to my appointment, I was told that would be okay and I would still be seen. Showed up to appointment and was refused to be seen, I travelled quite a long way to get this appointment which is why I rang ahead to explain I would be late as it wouldn’t be worth the trip if I wasn’t able to be seen and then when arriving got turned away. Very disappointed

Just came back from Specsavers in Denton after trying several different types of contact lenses over last few weeks. I have to say the staff there are really lovely, kind and know what they are doing. Not expensive either.
