  I am giving 4 stars because I'm a recurrent customer and all staff had treated me kindly... Until today. Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with the poor customer service that I received from the Spanish-speaking employee at Specsavers. Their unprofessional conduct left a lasting negative impression on me. The employee seemed disinterested and did not make an effort to understand my needs. They did not provide clear information about the services or products, nor did they offer any helpful advice. Instead, they seemed impatient and unwilling to assist me in any meaningful way. Here's a tip for you about customer service mate: 1. Do not shrug your shoulders like you don't care 2. Do not be passive aggressive in your speak 3. Do not huff and row your eyes because the customer was not instructed to wear its contact lenses for such appointment 4. Do not stare at them in such close distance when they are performing the insertion of contact lenses Your behaviour is childish, unprofessional and deservers further training.

  Great swift check-up in the Kensington - Cromwell Road branch. Jalal was extremely helpful in selecting a new frame, and Anika was lovely when I went to collect them. My glasses were ready a day earlier than expected. I have been with Specsavers since 2006 and their service has always been excellent!

  This specsavers is based within the sainsburys store. They will help you with hearing aids as well as glasses. The staff are really helpful with a lot of patience. If you want to try contact lenses you can book teaching sessions with no pressure.. They have been brilliant at guiding me and friends through audio and eye tests with a great range of glasses at all prices to choose from. With their guidance I have left feeling calm and happy with my purchases.

  UPDATE: I made a mistake a pressed the wrong option button 1 for Lenses and it is a different department. I called back later and got through immediately after I pressed option 2. My sincere apologies to Specsavers and Toka and Sarah who immediately investigated my first review below. OPTION 2 FOR SPECS I have sat for 20 minutes on hold waiting to book appointment. Just hung up can’t listen anymore to that repetitive annoying automated service I shall go else’s

  Good customer care. I purchased a pair of new glasses with one free pair. The one pair did not fit well and we tried twice to tighten it but in the end the manager suggested an alternative pair which was arranged from a Hugo Boss range and the lenses transferred to this pair which is much more comfortable and purchased at a negligible price difference. Glasses do not always fit well but Specsavers are more than willing to help mend them and adjust as necessary.
