Made a appointment for wax removal and observed about using stuff to soften. Was in there not even 5 minutes and was told my ears are too dry and can’t do it, relived me of £55 and made another appointment for 5 weeks time. Awful service

Went in today to make an appointment for hearing aid at Hecton Rd Specsavers, time was 12.46 ( 18th Jan) I was shocked how rude this older staff was! She immediately said, we don't do NHS APPOINTMENTS and had a very bad attitude! I never mentioned NHS and l always pay for my prescriptions. She kept talking over me and made me feel like I didn't deserve to be treated right! It's upset me all day!! I won't be coming back!

Eye test good. Selling of frames and lenses really poor. Sales person couldn't fit my prescription (varifocal) to both the frames I had chosen but kept building up the price and I was not happy with the final price bearing in mind I couldn't have the frames I had chosen. The second pair certainly weren't free. Cancelled the whole deal the following day and went elsewhere saving £100.00.
