Buying a house in this market was challenging, but Chloe helped us at every corner throughout the long 6-month process. She answered emails and calls incredibly quickly, sometimes even after normal working hours. She liaised between the many involved parties and helped all of us find common ground and she was polite and understanding throughout. Only three small suggestions: (1) wish their company policy offered a car trip to the house on completion day OR (2) allowed people to store their luggage at their offices in central York whilst waiting for completion. (3) and it would've been great if the agency was more flexible with appointment length after the offer has been placed and accepted. (we would've liked to have more than 1h to view the property again).
