Absolute disgrace of a place. Cancelled 82 yr old granddads operation he had paid 3k for 10 mins before the op claiming they had no staff then sent him home on his own at 9.15pm. Surely its their job to have the staff ready when an operation is paid for. Staff are an absolute disgrace and should hang their heads in shame!
