Amy listens and dianoses very professionally. She massages every part of my legs - areas that I know are tight and areas that I didn't know were. Her single leg calf raise exercise was a game changer for my bad knee - something that 3 physios before her never suggested. She's very good value for money. Highly recommended.

My husband has been going to Amy on and off for several years. He has a long standing back injury but still enjoys lots cycling and walking. He has always found Amy to be very professional and knows her stuff and keeps up to date. She listens to your issues and adjusts the session to what is needed. If you are an athlete, have an injury or just aches and pains from getting older we would highly recommend giving Amy a go.

Iv had a couple of sessions so far with Amy & they are starting to help with my muscle nerve pain. She is very good when working on the area that requires attention. Gives you advice and help with stretch exercises which I have to do to help ease the pain to get better! Very friendly and welcoming!
