Joe was unfriendly and unhelpful. Rude and opinionated. Didn't even bother to offer alternatives. Uptight! Leigh-Anne was friendly and helpful and said there would be no problem 3 friends renting together. Joe disagreed and made illogical assumptions about our group. Offended and distraught. Clearly they have a clientele that they prefer to acknowledge more favourably.
