Fantastic service! My laptop needed repairing because a couple of screws came off by itself. Everything else was fine except for that. I initially went to Currys PC World to get it repaired but I was told that it will be £60 just for it to be inspected (as my laptop was out of warranty) whereas at Springbok Computers, they provided a free inspection. As well as that, I was informed in less than a hour that there was nothing else wrong with my laptop except for a couple of loose screws and so I wasn’t charged at all for this service. I haven’t had such a positive experience with a company in a long time. I felt that they provided an honest feedback and I definitely believe that I can trust them to make any repairs in the future. Could not be happier with the service received from Springbok. I took them my laptop with a faulty screen which was still under warranty with CCL Computers (who are completely useless). Less than 2 hours after dropping the machine with them, I had a phone call to tell me exactly what the fault was and that they could have it repaired that afternoon! I was unable to get back to the shop for a week to collect my repaired laptop which also wasn't a problem for them. The price was also extremely reasonable. I haven't had such a positive experience with a company in a very long time. Genuine firm run by genuine people who genuinely care. Thanks again.

Went there yesterday to get my computer screen fixed. Expected to wait hours or even wait until the next as I’ve done in the past. Despite having other laptops to fix they fixed my laptop in just over an hour. The two staff members were very nice people and clearly had the knowledge that other places don’t. Definitely would go there again if I have a problem in the future.
