I’ve seen my fair share of rude receptionists in my time and it’s more or less to be expected at this point, but this one on main reception has to be one of the rudest & most obnoxious I’ve ever come across. The staff look miserable as all hell. The place looks run down as well. Left without even attending my appointment. Avoid this place if you can.

I had such a good experience at the Rapid Diagnostic Clinic. Dr Sarah Bull and ANP Mauro Proserpio were very professional and caring. Had a CT scan and blood tests in addition to thorough examination, they could not have been more helpful. NHS at its' best.

The doctor who spoke to my brother and I was extremely rude, he kept rolling his eyes every time I answered one of his questions. I understand he could’ve had a tiring day but it was only 1:30pm, he did not help me all we would’ve been better off staying at home. If you do not know how to kindly communicate with your patients, get another job.

My issue is with some of the staff in the cafeteria who seem to have a very bad attitude problem. I have been a few times and some of them are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. Telling me the cafeteria was closed when it wasn't. The rest of the staff elsewhere are great but the cafeteria no. Rude behaviour
