I really like visiting this church. It is so central to the town and it has that ambience and smell which you can only find in a church such as this. The doors were open to welcome in folk from the cold with tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits on offer, too. This is a homely church and not too big. It offers you a chance to just sit and reflect and light a candle if required.

I have used this lovely church, for a few years now, mainly since i survived a near death experience, in 2019, I was warmly welcomed "Home" by Canon Tom, (my previous experience of church life was as a choir boy, at 11 years old) and have since joined the monday morning club, where we have tea/coffee and biscuits/cake (for a small donation), we have quizzes, games, eminent speakers from all walks of life, and a jolly good time. All is welcome.
