Extremely poor conditions, overflowing toilets filled with urine and facies the fact you have to pay to use these toilets is absolutely disgusting when they are in these horrible conditions. With young children its necessary to have a toilet break after a long car ride to arrive to this was shocking shame on york council for this.

Awful place - just wasted over a pound as desperate for toilet after a journey today and NO WORKING TOILETS. Couldn’t even open a door. Do not bother - the emergency numbers are pointless and unhelpful as well. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

It's always a treat to visit the lovely city of York but now have a memory I can well do without. Yesterday I had the misfortune to need the facilities of St George's Fields public toilet and paid 40p to do so. They were DISGUSTING!!! Worst I have ever seen and must be a hazard to health. I know the area is prone to flooding but hadn't realised that meant the toilets. Only one undeserved star to enable this posting.

Disgusting! I paid 40p to use the toilets which were filthy and stinking and the handwashing facilities did not work! There are notices addressing litter louts (which I agree with) but I couldnt find a bin in which to dispose of my wetwipe which I had to use to clean my hands in the absence of water, soap or hand drier.

Terrible review. Only one of three toilets was in order and it was appalling, it smelt horrible and the sink did not work! For saying you have to pay 40p to even use them, they could at least be kept to a REASONABLE standard.
