Staff are rude. The nursery is filthy. They take so long to open the door when you ring the bell even though you can see staff chatting through the window. My son was there for three days for holiday club but got sick on the third day. They didn't offer to change his clothes. They kept my child in his wet vomit clothes and set him aside in a room like an outcast. Worst nursery I have ever come across. I dropped my child in the morning and when I was collecting my child I was treated like a kidnapper. I was kept outside for 15 minutes because she hasn't seen me before since it was my first day. That shows poor communication between staff. On the last day after changing my son's clothes, no staff was even around to say good bye or discuss my son's time in their nursery. They should be closed down because one morning my son saw one of the workers and was hiding behind me reluctant to go in. My son has never behaved like that. Never again. Stay clear. They have places because of their bad reputation.

My daughter has been at Educare for 2 years now, and in that time I've seen her grow in confidence and spirit. The team here are so wonderful and treat her like the individual she is. I've only ever had praise for them, especially the way the interact and engage with the children. She's so happy here, and that's the best review a nursery can have.

All three of my children went to educare, Sherwood Rise. They were amazing with them, very caring and responsive. The manager Lindsey was so proactive. Her and the staff’s patience and inclusive attitude towards my son, helped us during a very difficult time and subsequent diagnosis of autism. With that we were so grateful. Their time there holds some special memories for us.

My daughter went here, from roughly 19mths to 4yrs and I only have praise for the whole team that cared and nurtured her. Such an important and amazing time for her. She is now 13 and extremely clever. I would always recommend educare sherwood rise as my first choice to anyone looking for a nursery xx

This is the most disgusting nursery! Do not send your children there unless you want them to return with a scarlet fever or other difficult to treat illnesses. I have made an appointment TWICE ,got there on time, was seen straight away with an impressively cheerful teacher in a spotless, extremely clean room. I insisted to go see where my child was but was refused and my son was being brought to me. I got suspicious but they came up with some excuse. after that incident I turned at nursery unannounced and they made me wait OUTSIDE for about 15 min!!! finally they let me in, I walk in, It stinks!!! I walk into the room where my child was, they give me a form to fill out that I've visited, there is no where to sit down or even sign the stupid for because everything is so filthy.Children were dirty, toys were sticky and dirty with bits of food and poo. This place is a nightmare! my son was taken out immediately,he got very ill due to the place being filled with bacterias!Teachers don't know what they are doing and its clear they hate the kids and their job.DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE

My son has been attending this nursery for a couple of months I have met all the team and I can truly say that it is a lovely caring environment for both me and my son they have helped me financially and given me the reassurance I need when leaving my son He always talks about his new friends and the staff and can't wait to go Through their fun way of learning my son has learnt so much from writing his name to all about science! I would recommend EduCare to anyone who wants their child to be safe , cared for and have loads of fun while learning.

Staff is very nice but is changing so often. Because of that comunication is sometimes hard. Look and quality of this nursery is very poor. all appearance is so sad and dirty. When you come in side don't feel nice and comfortable because design of this place doesn't suit to kids place. Dark, dirty colours of walls are very heavy, don't look friendly for little kids. Webside pictures look completly different than in reality.
