Cancel your appointment that you have been waiting for, for months. Because I need to be seen by the consultant before I can have a camera to see what the problem is. Even though theyve already done the consultation 3 times now over the last 2 years the consultant they have put me with I made a complaint about 2 years ago because he blamed it on me being too skinny and being rude and insulting me. I made a complaint and nothing was done about it and they have put me with the same consultant again. I am now into the 10th time of ringing the practise to speak with a manager and the phone keeps getting picked up and put down again not even a hello. I will be seeking legal action because this is neglect now and i have had enough of being passed from pillar to post.
