Jaime, who I believe was the Patient Coordinator, was extremely helpful and was able to get me an appointment which I desperately needed. I’d called up several times before and was told it wasn’t possible however she managed to work the impossible. Can’t thank her enough. The woman at reception were also extremely helpful however I unfortunately didn’t get her name. St James Dental is always a pleasant place to go into and I highly recommend them.

I had sedation to remove a back molar. Very positive experience considering I am completely dental phobic. Can’t thank Simi and her team enough. I can’t remember a great deal and felt safe and looked after all the time I was there. I was even assisted to the car at the end. Thank you doesn’t quite seem enough.

Kylie from St. James Dental surgery visited Field Court Infant Academy and did individual class visits in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. She spoke with the children about good oral hygiene, the structure of their teeth and how to care for them. Kylie had an excellent manner with the children and pitched the talk at an age-appropriate level. She made it engaging and interactive through a clear, concise presentation, discussions, games and practical teeth cleaning on model teeth. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed the talks and the feedback from the teachers was excellent. Kylie was very well organised, responsive to emails and also even went to the effort of following our school behaviour management strategies whilst she was there. We would highly recommend the oral hygiene talks to any school! Thank you Kylie!

In February last year I started having terrible sleeping problems, this was due to (what I later found out) sleep apnea. I was waking 18 times an hour. A specialist recommended a mouth brace, and I came across Gordon online and booked an appointment. It was honestly the best thing I have done, and saved me from surgery. Gordon explained everything about the Somnowell device, how it worked, what the procedure to make the mold would be and the cost. I had a dental checkup, a visit to the hygienist and then the mold created. I’ve had the device nearly a month and it’s really comfortable to wear, it’s well made, and it’s discreet, but the best thing is, it’s totally transformed my sleep and I am now waking feeling refreshed and normal. I have to say a HUGE THANK YOI to all the staff at St James, and especially Gordon. The levels of service is phenomenal, easily the best dental practice around.

My 8 year old son was involved in an incident at school, which left him with a serious injury to his front teeth! We rushed to St james dental as unregistered patients with the hope of an emergency appointment. The staff on reception were so lovely and did everything they could to help! We were extremely lucky that the Principal dentist had just had an appointment cancelled and was able to see my son immediately! He took one look at his teeth and knew exactly how to deal with his situation. Within minutes he got to work and repositioned my sons teeth to almost exactly how they were before the accident. He was so kind and patient with my son who was still in shock and in a lot of pain. This helped to put both my self and my son at ease! As much as this was an upsetting and stressful situation, and we’re not out of the water yet, without the help of the staff at st James dental I wouldn’t like to think of how much worse it could of been. We cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done for our son, and all with such care and kindness. My son decided to he wanted to buy the staff a gift as a thank you for all of their help!
