The hotel is very well located with many public transport options. It was good to have breakfast included, but it was very basic and the room where we had breakfast was so small that people had to queue to get seat. The WiFi connection was decent (when it worked). The bathroom was ok but the shower space is ridiculously tiny. If you're a big person, you'll struggle to get inside...let alone have a decent shower. We were given clean towels every day which was good The room had a microwave and a small fridge which is quite good

Safety: This hotel is a disgrace. The rooms are nothing like those on the website. Broken electric socket on the wall ( room 4) and walls damp with paint peeling off the ceiling. Can of spray jammed into the door frame to hold a "Fire door" open!. Carpets on stairs ripped and overall the hotel is tired and needs a major refurbishment. Definately NOT recommended. Avoid at all costs!!
