Incredibly rude staff. I walk in with one black bag and a carrier bag to get greeted with a huff and rolled eyes. The shop isn’t full and seems quite sparse but there appears a lack of ability to deal with donations efficiently.

Just checked the store while passing by and noticed so many good collection at a very discounted rate. The shop regularly changes the display according to the season so it is easy to get a view to find whats in store.

Incredibly rude staff! Never known anything like it, made me feel awful just for wanting to donate some items. a shame as it’s a very good cause. Took my donations to their branch on Kings Norton Green instead who were lovely and friendly. It’s not ok to treat people who want to support your charity like this!

Lovely + friendly shop. Always very welcoming and all for a great cause. A rare one where there is a changing room. Always a good turn around of stock. Make sure you sign up for gift aid when making donations.

How difficult is it just to say thank you? I actually felt I was inconveniencing them by bringing a donation. I did, however, "put it there" as instructed, before getting out of the shop feeling really quite upset.
