My daughter started here in January and the progress from just 2 months has been amazing every day is just another exciting day for her and it’s down to the staff and how welcome we were made to feel from the very first day … my Daughter is my first and due to her being a covid baby I had separation anxiety but due to such amazing attentive staff and facilities I managed to overcome this and have gained a lot of trust with this Nursery I love the app updates knowing what my daughter has been getting up to every day and seeing pictures of what she has been doing is such a lovely touch honestly dont have any doubts about placing your child here you will not regret it

My twin daughters have recently started at St Stephen's and I am so happy with how they are settling in😊😊 welcoming setting with a good variety of activities for the children and the staff are brilliant and very approachable! So happy we chose St Stephen's😊 I know my girls are happy, well cared for, learning and gaining confidence every single day. Would definitely recommend!

This place abbused my daughter this year. and left hand prints on her. they have refused to take responcability for it. ive also spoken to around 4 other parents that took there kids here that have had bad issuses with them. deputy manager was sacked as of 2 other members of staff since i raised my problem with ofsted. please keep your children away from here. ive also go social workers involved because of them. really bad setting. please take your children to another nursey they will be much safer

My son found it difficult to settle at 1st because he was so used to being around me and plus he was a covid baby. But 3-4 weeks in now and he loves it. The staff are brilliant with him even through his difficulties. He may have sensory difficulties and the nursery staff know this and they are so patient with him. Brilliant nursery. And I feel absolutely satisfied leaving my son in there capable hands. And I just have to say I read 1bad review and the women who wrote that is delusional.

We've had an absolutely superb experience with St Stephen's Day Nursery. From the very beginning the team were clear, positive and great at communicating information about our son's development. He's happy and growing in confidence, especially when it came to crawling and beginning to walk with aids. Special mention goes to Janet who was from the very start has been excellent in supporting our son's individual learning - he will miss you :-). Very clean, a happy place, with excellent space and there are no issues with parking. Highly recommended!

I am utterly shocked at reading a very nasty review about this nursery below and thus i find that its my duty to put a review forward about this nursery of my own personal experience. Well my son went to another nursery hefore that closed down. I contactef this nursery in late evening and i was responded to by the director and thereafter the managers the following day. A meeting was set where i was allowed to see the nursery the following day and when i visited the nursery, i was so very much impressed in the way it was set up for all different ages of children. They had different rooms for babies and toddlers. There are so many toys and different play areas. The tidiness and cleanliness is kept at its utmost importance and priority by the nursery. The staff are brilliant and very approachable. My 2 year old who had many friends at previous nursery was new to this nursery and i can honestly say that in 2 months he has settled so easily and made many friends in such short space of time. They potty trained my child within a matter of days i was shocked. The nursery has a lovely routine set for the elder children. I can reassure u there is no discrimination by the nursery or staff members within children and definitely no violence or assaults. Such comments are fabricated and over exaggerated by previous reviewer sorry. I leave my child with the nursery and i am aware that he is left in good hands. The nursery staff provide me with full update of my child when i collect him in the evening. The nursery and the staff are FANTASTIC in every aspect. I would request for any parent Not to take into account the negative review of the individual below as it is a ludicrous and incorrect review in its entirety and request that one should approach the nursery and staff themselves and make their own judgement if concerned. I know that i made the RIGHT choice to send my child to this nursery regardless of such negative reviews. Thank u. ..
