Excellent apartment in a nice neighborhood. Underground station is a 5 minute walk and you are in the center of London within 30 minutes. Also great is that the supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away. Really a place to relax after the hustle and bustle of downtown. The shower, towels and bed are top notch, the kitchen is fully equipped and you can relax perfectly in the sitting room at the dining table or on the sofa in front of the TV or on the patio. You can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors, but that is normal with a ground floor. It is also very nice that there are some coffee cups and tea bags ready for you on arrival. The landlord responds quickly to questions and is helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment very much and can therefore really recommend it to everyone! I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit to London.

Excellent flat in southern Kensington. We spent here 3 days with our 19-year old son and enjoyed the clean and bright apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Communication with the very flexible host was very smooth. Highly recommended.

I can speak to the experience as a guest staying in a flat managed by StayinLondon and letted via Airbnb. In a word, fantastic. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and described in the summary. This has become especially clear now, for as I write this review, I am in another Airbnb property in London which has not lived up to being as spacious or as well-stocked as advertised. Roomy, clean, well-lit, well-stocked, and communications with the team were excellent. If you are considering staying in a flat managed by Dainius, you will find it an excellent accommodation.
