    The staff seem verry friendly,helpfull and knowledgeable and they have a average amount of tropical fish. I've only been in a few times for fish and they all appear very healthy which is the main thing and they are all so vibrant looking with no signs of illness. The aquariums also all look well kept amd maintained.

    I’m not one for bad reviews but when you’ve spent a hell of a lot of money on a tortoise you expect good customer service. It wasn’t too bad when we bought it but we’ve been in twice since and the shop owner is ignorant and doesn’t want to engage with a rather excited 11 year old that loves his tortoise. We won’t be back in I’d rather buy online.
