Fabulous service from stone gate teddy bears. Had emailed interest in a Charlie bear I received a friendly call advising of order process and few days later received well packaged quick delivery of my order . Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly I highly recommend this lovely shop and wouldn’t hesitate from ordering from them again .

Just had a very strange experience in this shop. Went in with my husband and was met with a gruff attitude from the man at the front of the shop. While I was in the back of the shop trying to decide on a Steiff bear, the man and woman who I presume run the shop began complaining about the couple who had been in before us, then went outside to shoo away some children who were apparently too close to the windows. They then groused about customers some more, until I was so uncomfortable I decided against buying anything and left. I’m sure they had nothing pleasant to say about me either.

We bought a teddy bear from here 2 years ago, and it became our sons favourite. When we lost it and all hope of finding him was lost, we emailed the shop in hope that there might be another one similar. They messaged back and forth with some options and when we found the right one they sent us it in the post. Really helpful people and made our little lad happy again :)
