Travelled two hours for a consultation/strand test, lasted a few minutes was promised a response two weeks later (after eid) given my name and number.. 6 weeks later nothing and this whole time my reply from insta was to ‘send pics’ and ‘come in for a strand test’ which i had done already. Was like talking to a brick wall. Its like 10 people are running their page , they do not even take their customers seriously, terrible service!!!!!!!!

I came twice to this salon and both time got serve by Sophia. As am a kinda shy person she made me feel comfortable and make me feel at home . I had my roots done and both time was an amazing service from her. Always going to book her and she does amazing eyebrows .

I usually go to salon get my eyebrows threaded. This time around it’s was another young lady I think she was student. She did good job at my eye brows but she didn’t apply gel after threading my eye brows. I think if you are charging a customer £8 you need to apply gel after or ask customer if she wants gel after.

Came to this salon once after a recommendation from a friend for eyebrow threading. The interior is really nice and high quality and the lady who did my eyebrows (can't remember her name) was very friendly. Although the conversation and atmosphere was great, my eyebrows weren't threaded great and were left too thick and uneven. As this was my first time at this salon, I put all of my trust into the technician to thread and shape them but I had people tell me afterwards that they were uneven and looked bad. For the price, I wouldn't recommend to anyone or go again. Based on the reviews, I'm glad I didn't go for any other treatment! My eyebrows were messed up. Services: Eyebrow shaping, Eyebrow threading
