Got shocked when I received the cake! Worst customer service as well as the most careless people! Ordered a cake last year for my partner's birthday. The cake got delivered to our friends house. We only got home at night, when it was already late to exchange the cake. On the cake was supposed to be written, Happy Birthday Gabor, instead, it says Aerial. When I saw the cake I nearly fainted, but of course, I took off Aerial`s name somehow and left it, -obviously looking messy. When I started to sing for my partner my voice was shaky and nearly started to cry. When I emailed them the next day, telling them what happened, I did not receive any response for a week...then I emailed again! Their response was, why didn't I check the cake (as I said it wasn't me who received the cake)? They did not suggest anything else, and they barely said sorry! The only thing they said at the end of their email, I quote: "We value your business and hope we will never put you in this situation again" That is for sure because I won`t order from you again! They did not offer any compensation, nothing at all. At this point, a single sorry isn`t enough, I believe! I emailed them again, telling them my concerns, but never received an answer on that. Apparently, a manager emailed me, Murtuza Vadiwala, I just hope he is not the owner, because if he is, then the business will go downhill with this kind of attitude.

Beware of these guys they give you a £5 coupon at checkout which then passes your payment details onto another company which charges you £30 a month without you knowing google the reviews of a company called ycoop I only realised because someone in the comments mentioned they bought a cake from sugaholics

Perfect cake couldn't ask for better, it looked perfect with so much love and precision. As for the prices I paid £90 for 50+ person serving big servings with enough for guest to take home and still left overs for your self,, the taste and texture makes CAKE BOX look like amateurs i ordered a cake on Saturday just gone and now its Monday I'm ordering another cake. I actually can never go anywhere else for cake. AND THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE THAT ONLY EATS HIGH END FOOD WITH 5 HYGIENE RATINGS ONLY

BAD! Very upset about this situation it's 18:56 o'clock I ordered ago 2 days a cake with preference to be delivered today ...It's that time and no one came with the cake the day it's gone and my partner he didn't enjoy the cake.The reception service it's low,answerd a men who don't know to explain nothing he didn't hear and said always you have a bad signal I can't hear you I think it's a joke ...I don't know.I will don't order again never from this stupid shop and staff!!!!BE CAREFUL !

As my birthday was coming up, I wanted to order a photo cake and the first place I thought of was Sugarholics. We have always ordered cakes from here and have never been disappointed. The photo cake options were limited, however after contacting them via What's App and requesting a personalised photo cake based upon another design, the company got back to me within minutes to accept the request. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by this as I know many cake stores are reluctant to make changes to their own pre designed cakes. The cake arrived and it looked absolutely stunning indeed. The driver ensured that the cake was delivered appropriately and even gave useful tips on how to store it. Now that's called customer service! The cake was truly delicious. It was moist and the flavour profile (we had ordered chocolate and mango), was simply divine. You could taste the chocolate in the sponge, chocolate in the cream and chocolate in the ganache as well as the mango throughout the cake. Nothing tasted artificial at all. In fact whilst eating the cake, I could see real mango oozing out of the chocolate sponge layers. I was very impressed with this cake. I can tell that a lot of tender, love and care had been put into this cake to make it that extra special. Here is one cake company that truly sticks to their roots and ethos: 'London's Finest Cakes'. I would highly recommend this cake company to anyone who wants to experience cakes that taste divine! Thank you so much for making my birthday memorable with such a tasty cake!
