Pathetic customer service. I waited for 20 minutes for the call to be answered, this is maybe my 4th time coming to this place. Sometimes massages were quite good, sometimes not so much (the last one I remember was not great and I provided feedback to the team). I was planning to book an appointment again today in the hope of better service, and they mentioned that I apparently missed appointments in the past (which is not true at all, as this has never happened). Then, they said “we will give you one more chance”, which was beyond rude. When I explained that this is just unprofessional, they cut the call. Guess your team doesn’t want to work.
