If no star was an option it would have been chosen. They not entirely honest with buyers about their warranty and specific policies. All they care about is getting the buyers in first time, agreeing to the warranty, and then they can put in their hidden costs. The receptionist dealing with phone calls is extremely polite and friendly until shes made the deal then her attitude goes from sweat to so so sour. They even have the audacity to ring the potential buyers who have shown interest and pressure them into buying their product and advising them to bring their friends also as they wont get a better deal anywhere else. I understand that operating from such a small town, it's hard to get the footfall and in store sales make all the difference, however I advise you buy online or from another dealership as these guys are a nightmare to deal with.
