The pizza is always perfectly made. I do love their pizzas. I can't say the same for the servers though. I've gone there thrice with my two friends. We felt like we were being rushed to leave all throughout our stay. They kept on interrupting my friend's conversation whilst we were eating but never did bother to top up our water. We were only there for less than an hour. I did scan around to see see if the dining area was fully seated but it was just half the capacity and we were seated closest to the toilet, far away from the entrance. Another shocking thing is my server automatically added an optional service charge to our total bill when they should have verbally asked first if we would want to add it. She didn't let me know, she simply just added it. I feel it is a bit sneaky. I have dined is several other restaurants and pubs, chains like these. They would disclose the option of providing optional service charge and the amount I could provide. I respect them for that. I do let them know I would like and the optional SC is added to my bill. I understand how there can be a mandatory service charge if we were a group of six. We were only a group of three. Its a good location with really great pizza . I just wished the same amount of customer service training could be provided to the serving staff. I will be switching to their Brindleyplace branch from now on where the servers may be a bit more polite.

I came in and while i struggled to locate any staff to talk to because i didn't wear my glasses and the lighting were getting into my eyes so I missed a staff attending to someone just beside me. The staff called me only for the person he was attending to passed a very rude comment at me. When he was done with the client, i told the staff what the other client did was totally out of line but he ignored me totally until the third time then he reluctantly made a very cold and passive remark😌.

The second time was there, food, service, and offcours Atmosphere near by all Administrative Buildings, offices and Shopping Centres 🛍 . Vegetarian options: Some sort of pizza 🍕 and starter.

Came here to treat ourselves as our first family meal as a 4, since the birth of our second child who is a few weeks old. It was around 5.30pm on Tuesday and the restaurant was mostly empty. Having pushed a pram with two kids from one side of the city centre to the another and up Bennett’s Hill in the heat, we politely asked if they catered for children. After an awkward pause and delayed response, the hostess began flicking through the tablet and told us there is a wait. Behind her were dozens of empty tables with no one else waiting. Initially 30mins then in the same breath, 45min wait. I’m certain it would have been longer hadn’t we decided to leave. Felt extremely unwelcome. Can only apologies to Rudy’s for arriving in our casual clothes not arriving in professional clothing, maybe we would have been treated differently. We looked forward to our meal at Rudy’s but with two unpredictable children we decided not to book a table and instead go early so we could be seated. Extremely disappointed with the service. Will definitely not visit there again.
