I pawned a watch on Friday around 3pm because I needed cash for the weekend. I was told the money would be in my account in two hours time. It is now Saturday at 2.43 pm, and still no money!. Sadly, they are closed for the weekend, so will have to wait 'till Monday to chase them.

Popped in to sell some gold chains & rings gave them the grams for 18ct & 9ct gave a price of £1391.13,but never received good service as the lady wasn’t very friendly,and guy in the office gave me not a friendly look. I thought I can’t trust these people so left. Why do business with someone who you’re going to make them easy money,when they don’t provide a good service? No hello or welcome to Sutton’s,and never even said good bye or if you don’t get a better price comeback. All these pawnbrokers don’t offer good service,because 99% of walk ins won’t come back. I then went to Hatton garden and visited Baird & co,and they offered me £1962.91 The way they run their business is bordering on ripping customers off. Provide a good service,and pay a fair price then customers will return. If your selling gold don’t sell here go to Hatton garden Baird & Co.
