I took my 26 year old watch into the Swatch Manchester store to enquire if I could get it repaired. I had broken the battery hatch trying to put a new battery in myself. The staff offered to order me a new one which was delivered to my home address completely free of charge. They also said if I preferred I can take my watch into them to secure the hatch (which I'm definitely going to do because I messed it up originally). The customer service is absolutely brilliant, it is so nice to receive such service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was speechless when I was told this was free of charge. Well done Swatch for such a fantastic service.

What a fabulous shop and friendly staff,my grandsons watch strap had cracked so we made the journey to Manchester to change it, which we were told we should not have made a special journey as they would have sent out a new one free of charge. They couldn't do enough for my grandson.Well worth buying a swatch for the level of service you get.
