Requested a parcel to be delivered and kept here over Xmas but it was “sent back” at least 4 days early! 6pm Monday evening: The cashier was flustered and rude to begin with and then tells me “we’ve sent it back”, “sometimes the delivery people take them back early”. Who does that?!?! I now have to chase UPS or western digital... absolute pain which I shouldn’t be having to deal with Never using this shop again
