This is a brilliant company. For a very reasonable price, they rushed driers and dehumidifiers to my house, following a burst pipe in the loft and major flooding. Not only did they respond quickly to my emergency, they were nice people to deal with. I recommend them strongly!!!

What started as a fantastic and efficent service sadly fell short in the 2nd week. I hired a dehumidifier and blower for two weeks, during the 2nd week the dehumidifier stopped working showing a service error. My husband who is an engineer reset the equipment and checked it when he returned from work the following day, the machine had stopped working again. I contacted the service centre the following day and a lady politely told me she was sorry and would speak to a manager, in a follow up call she said it was unfortunate but nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager who called me back, Mark Balcombe (or something similar) he was incredibly dismissive and could not offer any goodwill gesture for the faulty equipment and lost drying time. I almost felt as a female he felt he could 'fob' me off. He then reluctantly said he would test the equipment for a fault and get back to me. 24 hours later and nothing. Needless to say we won't be using their sevices for the rest of our renovation work. If you want reliable equipment and good customer service don't use swift. 3/8/2021 swift drying only advised they tested the machine after I contacted them about the fault on two occasions. There was a fault with the machine confirmed by husband who is an engineer.
