Had the worst experience living in the Swindon’s women aid coming from a Controlling situation to then be put into another co trolling situation was horrendous from the 15 phone calls a day to the lack of support with the working people staff felt entitled to treat the residents how they felt they could rather then whoa they should. They told Swindon Borough council one thing and me the resident another which was proven by the fact I was recording the conversations.. they kicked me out whilst having Covid making me come back to pack putting all the other residents at risk without a care or though of safe guarding, me being autistic and not liking my stuff being touched was making it hard for me to pack my own things stating they’d help me if I let them pack my things but packing the things wasn’t the issue it was finding a place for it to be stored. Worst experience and would recommend Swindon foyer and booth house over this place 1000%
