Dr Shazia was great. I went for mine and my daughters appointment. I had my 3 year old son and 4 month old too. Whilst there she accepted them as new patients and gave them a check up too. I was expecting this at all, the check ups were good, I was advised well and both Shazia and Sana were great the kids.

Really unprofessional. I turn up for a hygienist scale appointment. I had Dr Shazia, The chair didnt work and she didnt even offer me something to elevate my feet. She did a quick check up and wanted to charge me extra for it despite it not being what I asked for. She quickly counts my teeth, saying random words to sound smart, then she says all my teeth are present (they aren't I've had two removed for braces) I tell her she's wrong and she visibly gets embarrassed that I called her out for it. Everything she did was in haste. It was as if she was doing me a favour, rather then giving me a good service. The scale was done in 5 minutes maximum. My teeth did get cleaned but she could do with realising people pay for these services.

Very pathetic started a procedure and refusing to finish it putting me at risk receptionist does not know what she’s talking about and was very rude and interpreting me whilst I was speaking , why start a procedure if you won’t finish it rubbish service and staff will never be returning

Was specifically asked to attend 15 minutes earlier slot so I rescheduled my day a little and then ended up having to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes anyway. Quite frustrating. Once I was there I was explained that the £25 deposit was just for a mandatory check up and that the cost of the treatment itself was on top of that - this was not explained at all when booking. They did apologise. The dentist was understanding and friendly, as were the staff. However, the treatment was extremely rushed and the check up was just an X-ray which they asked if I wouldn't mind coming back for. The dentist did then do the X-ray, took one look at it and said looks good - check up over. I paid £80 for a professional clean and 'check up' which was over in exactly 15 minutes. Treatment was ok. Wasted my time and money, everything was rushed. Disappointing experience. Would rather go somewhere that will value you and care.

Had to leave a review immediately after my procedure Dr Shavia is the first dentist to understand that I don't numb well under local anaesthetic and and new exactly what I needed. Dr Shazia and Sana had patience and allowed for me to adjust with allowing me to get into a panic. Exceptional Service from this team. I well was well informed through every step and knew what to expect. Thank you both
