I agree with Fred. Worst and heartless people. Ordered steel with crane hire to lift the steel however they refused and tried to leave on the footpath when reminded that it has been agreed to lift the steel to the loft they said we don't care about emails and demanded £900 for the crane hire. They knew that loft is open for the steel and weather is not nice still refused to lift. Very unreasonable behaviour. Initially promised to come 9am however came 4pm. Never trust them they will give you very unpleasant experience and rip you off. Avoid!
