**AVOID** I'm putting this warning out to any friends / family / farmers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We ordered a 60ftx100ft building from this company back in May 2022 with very explcit information on our timescale. This company not only let this timescale slip by over 5 weeks, they ignored all emails, phone calls were never returned or anyone that knew what was going on. On a visit to their yard to investigate no one had a clue what was going on and incorrect holding down bolts were attempted to be supplied until we made it clear we were aware of their error. The MD Ian lied through his teeth, a simple yes man that meant nothing. When the building finally arrived it was fabricated incorrectly, every concrete wall was too long and 3 days were lost manually cutting these down, holes missing everywhere, brackets incorrectly welded, roof pitch different in places, flashing and bolts missing. To add to the extra problems they dropped out of supplying the roller doors last minute and we were without doors for over 7 weeks whilst we had to source elsewhere. These issues have cost us thousands of pounds, we had to hire plant equipment longer, pay additional rent on our previous premises, pay extra money to the steel erection team and now we are behind on all tasks for the coming season. The stress has been unbelievable. We withheld £5000 from TH and they continued to ignore our requests for a resolution. Yesterday they emailed demanding money (ignoring all previous emails from over 3 months ago) otherwise they will take us to court. So TH FABRICATION - IAN, reputation is key in any industry and the way we have been treated is unacceptable, so I hope you enjoy ripping off small businesses / farmers. We were keen to support a local business, biggest regret. Happily we have informed every person that has spoken to us about our building to avoid you at all costs and will go in every article write up about our build in farming magazines.
