Absolutely shocking service. We were booked to have a ‘deep clean’ of our kitchen prior to moving house. The list of jobs that were promised to be carried out following a deposit was not carried out to the full and when we brought this to their attention at the end of the clean we were given a defensive answer that it was our fault to have such untidy flooring inside. The cleaners proceeded to go up our stairs to use our own cleaning products and left dirty footprints up our carpet, to which they said the carpets were horrible anyway and needed ripping up. They left mud up our newly painted walls, cobwebs in corners, dirt scuffs on the skirting that had not been touched despite being in the itinerary of jobs and missed even the basics of the kitchen taps. After telling us they couldn’t even clean our tile flooring (mud smeared round still) we asked them to leave after paying the remainder of the service cost. On his way out he told us we lived like pikeys, are both a bunch of c***ts and that if he wasn’t working that he would whoop are arses. He told me a false name of ‘Peter’ when I asked his name, when he was quite clearly the rude man, Michael, that I had been emailing and talking on the phone to. He told us we had been difficult right from the start, indicating he was the man on the phone, when all I had ever done was ask details of which he had previously hung up on me. They arrived 30 minutes early to the time of cleaning, to which we were told we were late and missing our appointment. They were in our property before the arranged cleaning time.
