Tim showed compassion and understanding during the process and wasn’t pushy at all, allowing me to decide in my own time. They finished the work by ensuring the property was left tidy and ready for someone else to move into. I would highly recommend them as they are highly professional and caring, this is a quality that I feel is needed when families are dealing with grief. T and M were recommended by a respected estate agent. From making the initial call I cannot speak highly enough of the kind understanding and helpful manner of Chris on the telephone. Despite being short notice that I was travelling to Yorks Chris and Tim fitted in a visit to my late mum's house giving a most reasonable quota and then started working and returned today to complete the house clearance. Throughout they treated mum's home and possessions with dignity they worked tidily and with expert planning. Despite this being a sad time we managed to have a little laugh and I highly recommend Tim and Chris.
