John, Debbie and the team, Thank you for looking after Dad and giving him the send-off he deserved. From the moment you took him into “your care”, to driving him and the family to his service, it was done with dignity and professionalism. We cannot thank you enough. Dealing with the same people throughout made it much easier for us to know that everything was always being taken care of. The chats and advice were something we appreciated and remember at what has been a very difficult time for us. We are now learning to live without Dad, however, we will never forgot your amazing care and support.

I think that sannison & r boddy funeral directors are brilliant. I couldn't fault them at all. Debbie the funeral director was therefore for me, my sister and my hubby and the rest of my family. What I liked about it was Debbie kept in contact twice and sometimes three times a week to keep us in the loop. She advised us on different things and help choose the right coffin for your loved one ie my mum. She did us proud. We couldn't ask for more then that. Debbie even organised a wheelchair for my husband Richard to be wheeled into the small Chapel. There was enough consideration for us as a family and she looked after my mum very well. She made my mum looked nice and she was comfortable with all her favourite things jewellery and her badges for pdsa as mum used to be a volunteer at pdsa. The best thing I like about the funeral director Debbie is that she made us appointment to see mum for the last time and to say our good byes. Me, my sister and my youngest son Tim couldnt say our good byes to her so we remembered her in our memories of her. We did get half an hour but felt like longer. The things I like most all there were cards with a dove on it to write your messages on and put them in her coffin with her. I did one me and loo for my hubby Richard as he was and still is bed ridden and couldn't get there at the time as he said it was too a motional for him. The funeral was fantastic, I couldn't fault it in anyway. The slide show was brilliant too. Even though there wasn't a dry eye in the Chapel as there were family members on there which have passed away before my mum. Glen the the funeral person who walked in front of the Hurst walked with my nephew and kept talking to him all the way. Glen told Steve if he wanted stop at any time we will stop but Steve said no he wanted to go all the way and that what he did. I think as well as my family think that. Debbie the funeral director did a brilliant job and if mum was a live her self she would have commented herself how brilliant a job she has done. We chose ts annison & boddy funeral directors because they did a brilliant jod in 1993 when I and my husband Richard had lost our nine week old son Robert and they did a great job then. I would recommend t s annison and boddy funeral directors to anyone who needs one. Yours sincerely Jackie Johnson
