This company was contracted by my landlord to discuss the annual gas safety check at my property. I had called and arranged an afternoon visit between 12pm and 5pm, the engineer arrived at 10.30am. He then proceeded to attempt to install a carbon monoxide detector on the kitchen wall, for some reason then pulling it off and breaking off a large piece of the plaster. I telephoned T&S heating to complain and was spoken to in a rude manner by the receptionist, who insisted it is only a small hole in my kitchen wall and she would book a plasterer, I replied that I wanted to contact my landlord first and she then got very agitated with me and stated that I had "point blank refused" for them to arrange a repair of the damage they have done in my property. Absolute cowboy firm with disgusting customer service and rude and incompetent staff who do not care what damage they cause in your home. Avoid this company.

5 Star service, highly recommended. From the initial phone call to the final installation of my Worcester 4000 Combi Boiler, T&S Heating delivered great customer service. Thanks to the whole team including Marc who carried out the survey, Reece and Kieran the engineers who installed the boiler, Holton the electrician and Freya & Natasha in the office. Special thanks to Reece and Kieran for the way in which they worked over the two days of the instal – very professional, courteous, and friendly. They kept me informed of progress and when met with some challenges, explained the situation, consulted, provided options, and remained dedicated to customer satisfaction. I would definitely avoid this company at all costs. They started our bathroom conversion to a wrt room Oct 2022 we are now in April and it still isn't finished. But I now refuse to let them back on to site to finish. The toilet and sink are positioned wrong, we are now on the 3rd fan, they removed too much of my door frame and clearly cannot read architect drawings. They don't turn up and priorities new jobs over existing ones which meant I had no bathroom door for more than 2 weeks. I will now get a professional in to put right all of their mistakes. Had a radiator valve leak upstairs. Out of hours engineer came at 10pm. Secured the valve for the night. Returned at 845am the next morning as promised and fitted the new parts. The excellent engineer Mitchell was 5 star and based on this occasion would recommend T&S.

Honestly, do NOT use.... They've destroyed my Minton floor by drilling holes wayyyy too big in for the pipework, and they even left an uncapped gas main in the cellar, which could have blown up the entire neighbourhood! Avoid!!

Be wary: dubious selling practices at best, blatant lies at worst. Having had a new boiler installed I signed up for the 15 year guarantee T&S were offering on the grounds I just needed to have a yearly service. This service by the way is £10 more than their standard service because it is part of the guarantee. Yes, I don't understand that either. I mail to arrange my yearly service to be informed that my powerflush is due, £280.94 as per the guarantee. News to me and beyond my affordability I query this. Hidden in the small print this is stipulated. My issue is that this was neither explained or made obvious. Service: Plumbing fixture installation
