Right from the start Fiona took care of us, discussing our options in a professional but sympathetic manner. She kept in touch throughout the intervening period, checking on the welfare of the family and making sure that we were ok with all the arrangements. On the day of the funeral the whole team looked after us in a calm and considerate way so we didn’t have anything at all to think or worry about. A heartfelt thanks for a first class service at a difficult time .

A heartfelt thank you to Jo and her team, for their kind, caring and professional way we have been treated throughout our bereavement, at a time when you are at your most vulnerable they are with you every step of the way, with a sensativity rarely seen, even going out of her way (Jo) to look after my elderly father and taking him straight inside out of the cold to sit down when we arrived at the Crematorium, it's little touches like that make them special, they ring to keep you updated but asking mainly how you are coping, and if there's anything they can do to help, you don't feel like they are funeral directors, you feel like they are your friends, so again thank you myself, son & daughter feel you gave my husband, their dad a wonderful the send off he truly deserved.

T W Birks have recently dealt with my mums funeral. I have nothing but praise for this company. From the initial telephone consultation to the funeral itself and after. They have offered help and support and given a great service. Nothing was too much trouble. After dealing with another huddersfield based funeral directors previously I now realise what a poor service we had received when comparing them to TW Birks.
