Alison was absolutely amazing! Can't get better, more patient customer service! Our dog has allergies and she took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. It is fab being able to get expert advice and the prices are the same as going direct, without the 2 hour round trip. She also helped load my car up for me, which means I can visit independently rather than having to bring someone to help. I'm looking forward to going back again for our next order, once we have worked out what foods are safe from our trial box.
