Wouldn’t recommend, every time I’ve had a prescription ordered to this pharmacy there has been issues and miscommunication. Contacted the pharmacy prior to picking up my prescription, was advised to come at a certain time. Upon my arrival at the time suggested, my prescription wasn’t ready and was told to come back later. No consideration is taken of peoples time and commitments. If this may be the closest pharmacy, my advice would be to go a little further and not be disappointed. Will not be returning nor will I allow my prescriptions to be sent here again in the future, even as my last option.

If you want friendly service, empathy or general people skills, best go elsewhere. You better be in there hand over your money and get out. Rarely would I fancy leaving a Google review for a Chemist but the lady serving in there is something else. Please get a different job, customer service is clearly not for you. Good- very reliable with dispensing prescriptions when others haven't been. Often a bit rushed off their feet (I can only think due to staff shortages) but nonetheless very good and reliable.

If you want slow service and rude staff members then your in the right place. The amount of times they have gotten my order muddled up with another person with the same surname as me is an absolute abomination! Watching paint drying is more satisfying than being stuck at this pharmacy. They lack so many skills I'm amazed they are still open.
